Unexpected things happen and life is life. We understand that and ask for some understanding from you. Sudden cancellations and no-shows take away opportunities from our other valued guests and significantly affect the income of our artists.We kindly ask that if you must cancel an appointment a minimum of 24 hours notice be given on a single appointment and 72 hours be given on a multiple service or group booking.Without proper notice 50% of the services booked will be charged.If you are an existing client with no history of last minute cancelations or no-shows, and are booking in person or on the phone, a credit card will not be required. We will honour this as long as our 24 hour notice of cancelation is honoured.Canceling or rescheduling outside of store hours is acceptable by sending private messages via social media or a voicemail with the date and time of cancelation.

Your punctuality is appreciated. Arriving late for any appointment, will result in your time being shortened or having your appointment rescheduled.

If we have your email address on file, we will do our best to give you an appointment confirmation, as well as an appointment reminder two days in advance. This is a courtesy. We are not responsible should you forget your appointment or mix up the time.Thank you for your consideration!
Products - If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you purchased, you can return it within 7 days of the original purchase date for a replacement or refund. You must have a valid receipt documenting that the purchase has been made within the last 7 days.Services -Moka SPA Salon strives to provide the utmost in customer service and satisfaction with spa/salon services provided. If you are displeased with your spa service, please bring it to the attention of the receptionist at the time of checkout. It is our policy to ensure that all services are provided properly and professionally, and upon approval of spa management, you will be eligible to receive a follow-up complimentary service in order for us to have the chance to "make it right" and please you. We do not provide refunds for spa services or packages; the sole remedy is providing a complimentary follow-up service.
